How to register your SIM Card

This part can only be done when we email you a code. We will send you the code anytime from the deposit being received to when the product is being fitted. It can take up to 24 hours (Saturday – Sunday EXCLUDED) to register the SIM card.

How it works

When a visitor rings your bell, the intercom will call number 1. If number 1 does not answer, the intercom will call number 2. If number 2 does not answer, the intercom will call number 3. Number 3 does not answer, the intercom will call number 4.

How it works

You could list your mobile number as 1/8 numbers. From your mobile phone you can save the gates intercom phone number as a contact. When you call your gates from your phone the gates will open. It gives you a ‘gate remote’ on your phone.

How to operate gates

You can use the app to operate your gates. On the home page there are buttons to open, hold open and close the gate.

Alternatively, you can save the mobile number that is assigned to the unit in contacts on your phone. To open the gates you call the ‘contact’ in your phone. You can save the number as anything in your contacts, e.g. Gates, Home, 12 Drive Street, Louise, Andrew.
