Ridge Auto Gates were a pleasure to deal with. I emailed Lauren on Thursday afternoon and she contacted me on Friday morning to arrange for Ashley to attend my malfunctioning gate on Monday morning. Ashley arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault and installed a replacement photocell without fuss or bother. Very polite too!

What can I say! What a outstanding 5 star job Ashley & Lauren have done for us. From day one we knew we had the right people to do our gates, so much so I never even got any other quotes! From the planning to the design and the install I could not fault ridge auto's,. I'd seen a design of gate I liked and it was no problem to them, a 5 meter cantilever gate with a matching side gate. I told Ashley I wanted it over engineered and the results are just amazing, we absolutely love them ! It is reassuring to be able to still find true craftsman out there! You guys should be so proud of what you do, down to every finer detail it's been perfect! I'm sure I've been a constant pain in Lauren's side but nothing has been to much, every step of the way we have had total confidence in ridge auto's, professional all the way! We could not happier!

5 Stars – Top Class from Start to Finish
Can’t recommend Ridge Auto Gates enough. Lauren and Ashley have been brilliant from the first message I sent. Super quick to respond, made everything really straightforward, and gave loads of helpful advice along the way — even pointed out a few things I hadn’t thought of.

The end result looks spot on — electric gate, side gate and pedestrian gate all installed and working perfectly. It’s honestly made such a difference to the front of the house. Everything ran like clockwork on install day, and you can tell they really care about doing a great job.

Best part is, they’re just genuinely lovely people. Friendly, easy to deal with, and clearly take pride in what they do. I’m made up with how it’s turned out — absolutely top class service all round.

Dont usually write reviews but because most of us will rarely use a service like this its nice to have an idea who you are dealing with. Phoned them as my gates stopped working between christmas and new year. Within 2 days an engineer came to inspect. I new everything was old and worn out so we decided to fit all new mechanisms and rewire the whole thing again. Within 2 weeks they were back to do the job, turned up on time with a smile in their faces and got stuck in right away. Absolutely fantastic service and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them if you need youre gates putting right. Thank you very much for doing such a good job.

Very pleased with the professional manner my request for help was dealt with. Lauren arranged for Ashley to come out the next day, and he was able to solve the issue very quickly.

From the moment I called them all flustered and frustrated because my gates had stopped working, they have been so helpful and friendly. I finally have a working SAFE gate . Such a relief.

Sent a message on Sunday in a bit of a panic because my gate stopped working!. The message was responded to promptly and Lauren went above and beyond to help. Ashley attended today and fixed the gate and gave some great advice. Very reasonably priced, very responsive, and a great company!

I shopped around before making my decision, but when I came across RAG I knew they were the team I wanted to do the install. Best decision I could have made. Their knowledge, professionalism, the quality of their designs and the amazing end product are all second to none. Contacted Ridge Auto Gates for a quote to repair my electric gates, they turned up on time to discuss the repair and quoted the next day, we then agreed on a date for the repair. They completed the repairs with professionalism and care, it was great to find such a brilliant local company.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Weve used several other gate companies in the past but never been impressed. We contacted ridge auto gates and from start to finish have been immensely impressed! Always turn up when they say! great communication throughout, the gates are brilliant quality and work so quietly. Ashley and Lauren are an absolute pleasure to deal with, can very highly recommend them!

Five star service. On the first callout the engineer, Ashley, was well into mid evening with me, brilliant. Ridge reacted quickly to my predicament of the automated drive gate not working. Not only that I received a quotation for motor replacement from Lauren within 24 hours, and the new motor was fitted within a few days. I was so impressed that I have set up an annual service with them. Ridge also deducted the first callout charge from the final bill. Well done all round.

I would certainly recommend this company. We had problems getting anyone to come and sort out our electric gates. When I contacted Ridge Auto Gates, Ashley came round the same weekend. One of the brick posts was cracked so Ashley put steels into the ground and rehung the gates. He also sorted out our balcony. The steels had badly corroded over the years and they all needed replacing. Communication was excellent throughout and he turned up when he said he would. A first class company and lovely people.

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing the team at Ridge Auto Gates. Ashley and his team, supported by Lauren from an admin perspective, were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The quality of the gates and mechanism are also of a very high standard and the service defo matched and is clear that takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is done right. Nothing was too much trouble in fitting to our build schedule and communication throughout was first class. Great team. Great company.

Excellent service. I had gates installed by someone else years ago and have had nothing but trouble with them (gates and service).

Ashley came out and detailed exactly what was needed, and he came back in a few days to complete the work. They now work like a dream and Ridge will take over maintaining them moving forward.

Great to have someone turn up, on time, and deliver. Very pleased after having years if hassle.

If you are looking for a company to install, repair or service gates (or even automate existing ones which you may have at your home or business), then I can wholeheartedly recommend Ridge Auto Gates.
My experience of them is as follows: they communicate well, turn up on time, work hard and deliver to an exceptional standard. They will only leave when the job is done to their exacting standards and your complete satisfaction.
I only write reviews for exceptional service, and I would certainly put Ridge Auto Gates in that category.

After getting a few quotes from automation companies we didn’t think we could afford automatic gates due to the costs we were quoted. So thankful we didn’t give up and found you guys! Thank you for doing such a brilliant job don’t know how we coped without electric gates, they really do make our life easier and our home a lot more secure.
